ERSEA Certification - Experience and Expertise

HGJA now offers an ERSEA certification process for individuals and programs. These certification options are designed to assist individuals and participating programs to develop the skills necessary to effectively manage this complex and vital management system.

- Lead Traininers have a range of 10 – 20 years of Head Start and Early Head Start experience
- HGJA's ERSEA Toolkits were the first comprehensive series of resources manuals designed to support programs in meeting the ERSEA requirements outlined in part 1305 of the federal regulations
- HGJA has trained over 400 agencies and 10,000 plus individuals from every region of the country including native american and migrant programs.
- 95% of participants had little or no prior training on ERSEA process prior to attending one of our sessions.
